ONTARIO, CALIF., March 29, 2012 — Pacific Coast Warehouse Company, often referred to as PCW or PCWC, is proud to announce a new partnership with a major global 4PL and a leading  manufacturer of dry-type transformers to service it’s customers in the Western states.

After an arduous vetting process, PCW was able to secure the new partnership by offering an one-stop-shop solution that included a new Value-Add Service (VAS) that other providers simply were not offering.

“Our partners and their customer’s needs are ever evolving dependant upon the market. As a full service 3PL our service offerings must evolve along with those needs. So, here at PCW we are always re-evaluating what we offer and looking to expand those offerings. This was one of those cases where we were able to demonstrate that we believe in a partnership and can offer what other providers may not be able to.”
–George Ramirez, Vice President of Operations, PCW

PCW dates back more than 85 years and has become one of the finest 3rd party logistics (3PL) organizations in the Western United States by operating as an extension of their customers and focusing on service. PCW is a privately-owned company who understands that quality service, flexibility, technology, and value added services are required for effective supply chain management.  PCW currently operates multiple facilities in Southern and Northern California distributing goods ranging from food & beverages, apparel & footwear, electronics, beer wine & spirits, house wares, sporting goods to hazardous chemicals & industrial materials depending on the facility.
