Several years ago, PCWC made a decision to develop our own system using the AS400 as the central platform. The name used to describe the compilation of complex computer hardware, multiple software applications and operating procedures controlling and tracking inventory and product movement is WDLS. Four in-house programmers maintain this extremely flexible and interactive system.

Some features of our WMS includes RF, Bar Coding, Special Labeling, VICS Bill of Lading, Real Time Visibility, and Information via the web based Logistics Information Delivery System (LIDS) regarding stock status, order status, and dock appointment schedules, to name just a few.

We are confident LIDS will allow us to remain on the cutting edge in information accessibility and the ability to exceed our customers’ expectations.
